Iranian/Persian/Farsi Church or Christian Fellowship Listing Requirements

Our prayer and goal is to encourage and assist Iranian ministers and ministries and to promote healthy and accountable churches among the Iranian believers worldwide. The FarsiNet team and FarsiNet board of Advisors welcome suggestions and recommendations based on Biblical Principles for improving this process and the following list of requirements.
If you would like to submit your Iranian/Persian/Farsi Christian Church or Christian Fellowship to be listed in the FarsiNet's Worldwide Iranian Church Directory, please provide the following information. All information provided are treated confidential and only what you authorize would be published (e.g. Church address, phone#, Pastor's name, affiliations,...).

For An Iranian/Persian/Farsi Church:

What is the name of your Church, Church address, day/time of services, Phone #?
Is your Church registered as a "Church" or as a Charitable Non-profit Christian Organization" or a "Legal Christian Religious Entity"?
Who is the pastor of this Church? When, where and by whom was he/she ordained? What denomination? What Church?
List at least two Iranian Church/Pastors who sponsor/recognize/support/mentor/advise your Church and your Pastor ?
If you are sponsored by an American/European/Asian Church, please provide name, address, phone number for verification.
Do you have a Church statement of faith? If yes, please forward a copy. (Samples: 1, 2, 3, 4)
What is the Church's stand on Nicean Creed?, Apostles' Creed?
Do you explicitly affirm these creeds in word or in principle?
If not, do you have an equivalent publically-accessible statement to that effect? If so, please provide a copy.
Are Iranian Christians from any denomination welcome? How about non-Christian Iranians or Farsi speaking non-Iranians (e.g. Afghans)?
Is a Church membership required to attend the Church? To Serve as an Elder or Deacon? To serve in the worship ministry?
Are sermons, Bible studies and worships conducted or translated to Persian (Farsi) or one of Iranian dialects such as Kurdish, Azari, ...?

Who is the leader/teacher/host of this Fellowship/Bible study/Home Church? Is he/she member of a Church? If yes, list Church name/address.
List any Iranian Church/Pastor who mentor/advise/supervise this Fellowship/Bible study/Home Church?
List any American/European/Asian Church/Pastor who mentor/advise/supervise this Fellowship/Bible study/Home Church?
Do you have a fellowship mission statement, statement of faith or By Laws? If yes, please forward a copy. (Samples: 1, 2, 3, 4)
What is the Fellowship/Bible study/Home Church's stand on Nicean Creed?, Apostles' Creed?
Do you explicitly affirm these creeds in word or in principle?

Does not minister to or provide services to Persians/Iranians.
Promote violence and hatred.
Promote illegal activities.
Promote discrimination based on race, color, gender, national origin, disability or age.
Has a plitical agenda/mission.
Has a mission unrelated to Jesus The Christ, His Church, and His Cause/Mission (The Kingdom of God).

FarsiNet does not take any responsibility for or gurantee any service/ministry provided by any listed Church/Fellowship/Bible Study/Home Church.
