This restaurant seems fairly new: it wasn't on your list, it wasn't on my
map, and my hotel didn't know about it (even though the hotel was less than
three blocks away). I found it while wandering, and was happy to be able to
indulge my fondness for Persian cuisine. The dolmas were good (though really
Greek, not Persian, but they're popular). The fesenjoon was delightful: it's
chicken in a pomegranate-and-walnut sauce served with basmati rice. Yumm!!!
And the dessert was nice: Persian ice cream (more or less normal ice cream,
but with a hint of rosewater) and faloodeh (a sorta ice with rice noodles
mixed in), served with a shaker of pulpy lemon juice.
